Being I just started working with this company I will give my most recent interactions a 4.5 even though I can only do a 4star. Everyone I have associated with including Mike have been kind courteous and helpful. I am glad to be a part of a team that is there for any questions or concerns I may have! I am excited to see results with their products as well.

I initially had some trouble getting my medication sent to the pharmacy, but I used the chat feature and everything was quickly straightened out. Once the issue was resolved, I truly felt confident in the company. I spoke with Tyler, who warmly welcomed me to Shed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during our call, which made the experience even better. It really makes a difference when a company has excellent people representing them.
