I've had several questions ranging from shipping, dosage, billing, etc. And they have in every case gotten back to me with courteous, personalized service within a matter of hours! I have spoken with three different physicians over the months with questions and adjustments. The process has been easy and convenient in every case so far. This is very unusual in today's world of online commerce. Follow-up service is a rare thing in my experience with most service providers. These folks are very much customer-service oriented it seems...
