What I DID NOT LIKE was the way it is nearly impossible to get in contact with SHED via phone number. I felt they were trying to scam me by NOT sending 3 prescriptions totalling $600.00 WHAT I DID LIKE was once I FINALLY got through my experince with CAMBRYN was fabulous. She resolved my MONTHS of no contact in 5 minutes! SHED, please make your phone number available so people are not frustrated with you. THANK YOU CAMBRYN!!

We’re very glad Cambryn was able to quickly resolve everything for you. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with her, and we appreciate you highlighting the need for better phone accessibility!

KATIE My whole experience is attributed to Katie and Katie only. It took her maybe 3 hours to fix an issue that took every other person I dealt with over 30 days to just give me a status on. She was very thorough and extremely happy to help me in any way she could. In full honesty it’s been tough getting help or getting in contact with anyone at shed BUT I’m hopeful I have Katie as contact now because she cares about her customers! Katie all the way!!
Response from ShedFeb 12, 2026
We’re very sorry it took so long to get clarity before connecting with Katie. That’s not the level of responsiveness we aim to provide, and your frustration is completely understandable. At the same time, we’re incredibly glad she was able to step in, take ownership, and get things resolved quickly. That kind of care and follow-through is exactly what we strive for. We’ll absolutely share your feedback with Katie! Thank you again for sticking with us — and for recognizing great service when you received it.
