Worst company ever. 58 messages so far and still no refill. Tried to cancel - they refuse. Was told refill arrives within a week - we are going on 2 months now. I am told prescription is at pharmacy but pharmacy has nothing. Constantly different people responding with different answers. This company is a nightmare - stay away !!!

Shed has been quite excellent. There have been a few times when I needs to contact customer service and they have been excellent. Actual humans who read my question and answered it correctly and promptly. That is quite rare these days Yes, I'm talking about you Amber :)
