Continued to charge me for months after I stopped the medication. Exclusively AI customer support so don't expect any help. I was told to not expect a refund so I am having to go through my credit card company. Extremely shady company. Edit: in response to their reply, I already contacted support and was told that they will not refund the $1200 they took and delivered nothing.

The app & chat function are a little clunky, but improving. Once you start emailing (not chatting) with a real person, Savannah was the best. Another agent told me I was SOL, but Savannah went a step further and resolved my issue.

I paid ShedRx for orders that were never processed, and I never received the products I paid for. What makes this experience even more concerning is the conflicting information I was given about the shipments. I was told my orders had shipped and was provided tracking information, yet ShedRx’s own platform clearly showed that the orders had never shipped. I was essentially being told one thing while their own system showed something completely different. I contacted them repeatedly trying to get answers and a resolution, but instead of taking responsibility and providing a straightforward explanation, I received excuses and contradictory information. They took my money, I did not receive my orders, and I was given tracking information that did not match the status shown on their own platform. And try canceling your subscription! I was charged for multiple months for products they never sent. That is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for products they have already paid for or spend their time trying to determine whether the information they are being given is accurate. I am posting this so others can make an informed decision before giving ShedRx their money. Based on my personal experience, I would NOT recommend this company. Do your research and proceed with extreme caution. BUYER BEWARE.

Trinity was absolutely amazing! I accidentally created 2 accounts and thought the issue was revolved from previous interactions with customer service but she assisted me the whole way through and made sure I didn’t loose anything that was owed to me and also set up my next follow up appointment. She is fantastic please reward her for this!
