Love the Shed team. Been working with them for the last couple years and have been met with genuine people who care. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve had a great experience with Shed overall. I’ve tried several of their supplements, including Boost and Drift, and they really work! I truly appreciate the care this company puts into their products and the impact they’re making.

This program is working for me. They are so quick to help me and answer all my questions. Their customer service is amazing. I feel like I am well taken care of. And I would highly recommend Shed.

Great experience, Easy to get set-up and the team is awesome! easiest 5/5 stars ever

Shed's site was easy to interact with. Got my meds quickly. Great platform so far.

Shed has been great to work with. As many people have stated, the medication has been great and has changed my life. As far as the customer service experience, for me, it has been great. I fill out my forms, speak with who I need to speak with, and then like clock work, my medicine shows up. I have never tried calling, but when I email I feel I am answered in an appropriate time. I am grateful for Shed and get it has done for me. I would and do recommend this to company and their service to anyone that asks!

Although the medication is real and effective, customer service from Shed is lacking. Whenever I call I get the same we are busy message I suspect there's only one person working the front office. I suspended for a month due to travel. I was charged for that month and the next month and have not received any medication. When finally speaking to someone they apologized and scheduled a meeting with a provider to restart my program. I received three emails which would have a link to my appointment. None of those emails had a link. I called the office, I text the office, I emailed the office all for naught. I'll be surprised if these people are around next year.

Their customer service is non-existent/incompetent. I needed to change my payment card and I wanted to change my plan. I left a phone message and never received a call back. I did get an automated text saying I could ask my question there. It gave me the link to change my payment info, which hadn't been available before that. I did and they continued to try and charge the incorrect card multiple times. And another phone call that went straight to their voicemail. I used the site map to try and get in text contact again and it took me to what ended up being the wrong text line. Once I did get the right one it took them nearly the full 48hrs to get back to me. And then they ignored half of my issue. They got the card sorted, but willfully ignored the parts where I asked 3 different times to change my plan. Imagine my not so complete surprise where they charged me without changing $hit. And of course they did it after customer service closed for the day. And I still have not heard from them hours after open. Does their product work? Not sure, my bloodwork came back very well, but 0lbs lost. The only thing that gets any kind of good rating is my coach, who was amazing and the only good part of my experience. Otherwise, stay away from the thieving scammers.
