Love this company. You never feel alone with the constant check ins and information in the website/portal. Received a call from one of their reps, Clifton, who was absolutely helpful and professional on the phone.

Received a phone call today from Mike. Seems the main point was to let me know if I had any questions, to be sure and ask. So I asked the only question I had: “When is my medication coming?” He couldn’t answer that one…but over and over again assured me I could ask any question. 🤦♂️ (and over and over again I kept asking my one question.)The only other purpose for this “customer service” call I guess was to ask me to fill out this survey and be sure and mention his name. So I’ve done what he asked.

There were issues with the website and shipping the medication. I was not impressed by month 2. However Sheena from customer support helped me figure everything out and was great with communicating where everything was during the process, and getting the website/portal issue resolved. I was going to cancel, but because of her assistance I’m going to stay.

Have had only two call so far, and both have been good. I do feel the initial one with the dr was a little rushed, but the follow up call with Mike just now was great! 5 stars for Mike.
