PureStreamReviews of trypurestream.com

We were able to work thru the issues with the first one ordered. They stood by their promise to make it right. Replacement came in and so far is working fine. My cat is happy she has her clean water again.

Thanks Europe! She quickly answered my response. The ice cubes are great. I hope to place the third pure stream in another room so the cats will have h2o close by when they are sitting in my lap.

PureStream's customer support is everything one could ask for and the water fountain is exactly what I was hoping existed: a way for my cat to drink clean water from a fountain that would not support bacterial growth. Previous recirculating-through-filters fountains always developed pink slime, regardless of how careful I was in cleaning them.

Even the fussy cat loves it, I like the lack of filters and noise. The only improvement I’d suggest is to make the tanks be able to attach together so you could transport the entire unit to the sink. I will place it on a tray and then carry that, so it’s not a big deal, but it’s my only suggestion.

Fresh water for my kitties. Also easy to clean.

Quick and friendly response.

I had some technical difficulties with one of the two I bought. I emailed, Aj replied promptly and tried to fix the issue, with no luck. They are sending me a replacement. Great customer service! I love them so much already. No slime, my girls get clean water and it’s easy to clean!

I was skeptical because I’ve tried so many fountains. I’ve even tried the ones with UV lights in the motors and nothing keeps the slime away better than this fountain. It’s not because it helps me be lazy. It’s because it keeps the water separate and I put filtered water in the PureStream and it stays clean and when I clean it once a week it’s never slimy and I’ve had it now for months and I absolutely love it. I bought a second one. Also anytime I’ve messaged Customer Support. They have been absolutely amazing and it’s honestly the same person every time I feel like so very consistent and I purchased a lifetime warranty on both films.
