My cats love it! I still have bowls of water out in different parts of the house but they only come to the fountain. So glad I bought it! Very high quality, very easy to use and clean.

My cats are definitely drinking more water now. One cat cat that was particularly picky is actually drinking regularly.

Still on the fence. I purchased 2 of the units and have both setup. The design is nice. I’m just reluctant to take away the old fountain yet. I have seen both of my cats use both units. I have them in separate rooms. Overall it’s very easy to refill and wipe down the stainless steel tray. The first couple of days, one of my cats (almost 4) just scooped the water on to the floor. That has since stopped. My older cat (14yrs) uses it but gets puzzled when the water goes down in to the tank when he’s drinking. It’s quite funny because he’ll take a couple sips and then stop and look in that dirty water tank. So far, no complaints. Just need a little more time to adapt.

Great product + great customer service! So nice to not have to clean those disgusting filters that conventional fountains have. Like knowing that my cat is getting fresh water & the dirty water is isolated in its own tank. Customer service is great as well - had a question & they answered promptly plus followed up. Definitely recommend this!

There was an issue with the fountain and customer service was able to address and resolve the issue in no time. My guys love the water fountain and that says it all.

I purchased the PureStream AquaOne because my 17-year-old Exotic cat would no longer drink from a waterer with a continuously running water spout. I have purchased so many waterers over the years. But no matter how the spout was configured, my cat was drinking less and less. The PureStream AquaOne is truly a great concept--no mixing "used" water with fresh. There are two tanks--one holds fresh water and the other for the waste water. Any fur, bits of food and saliva will no longer be mixed in and recycled with the water that's typically in a single tank. Note that this is not a constant stream flowing fountain, which WILL produce that black or pink slime as a result of cat hair, food and saliva continuously mixing together. Rather, the stainless tray holds still water until refreshed. There is no need for filters--EVER. You can set the unit for 6, 9 or 12 hours to automatically eliminate the used water into the separate waste tank, and then it's refreshed with water from the clean tank reservoir. Or you can push a button at any time to dispose the used water into the waste tank and refresh the unit again from the clean water reservoir. There's also a sensor that, if the sensor becomes exposed as the result of your cat(s) drinking a lot of the water, it will automatically trigger the refresh cycle. I did have an issue with the waterer in that was dripping and not sealing properly, causing the unit to automatically refresh frequently when the sensor was exposed. I contacted customer service and the next day, I was sent troubleshooting instructions and a short video which, unfortunately, did not resolve the issue. After sending PureStream a video of what the waterer was doing, the company, at their expense and without me having to send the waterer back, sent me a new AquaOne. Unfortunately, the second waterer failed, as well. Again, I sent PureStream another video of the issue, and they sent me a new AquaOne. PureStream uses the videos to inform and update their manufacturer of issues customers may encounter. My new AquaOne works perfectly now--no drips, no leaks. I have to tell you that I have never worked with a company that immediately acknowledged my emails, offered advice, viewed my videos and then immediately rectified my issues by sending a new product. Their customer service is superb and second to none. Each time, within a week or so, a new waterer was delivered to my door. First class customer service all the way! PureStream is a small business with a product they thoroughly believe in and totally back their customers. This product is so much better for your cats (or even dogs) by not constantly drinking dirty, recycled, slimy water. There's nothing to take apart. The pump is completely sealed. Think about how many times you may have you forgotten to timely take apart and clean your other waterer(s), and saw that pink slime, goo and/or black stuff. Disgusting! It has to taste awful too. You wouldn't want to drink it. Please give PureStream a chance to prove the AquaOne can be right for you. They do offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of your receipt of the waterer, and will cover the cost of a return. I wasn't interested in that. I wanted a waterer that produced and maintained still water and refreshed it with clean water, which could potentially last for a week or more depending on how it's set up--either at 6, 9 or 12 hour intervals, or at my command. I'm thrilled to have the AquaOne. Amazingly, my cat took to it immediately. No transition issues. He's regularly drinking clean water now, every time, from this waterer. The PureStream folks worked with me and made everything right. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend PureStream and their AquaOne waterer. This is a good company with a good product. They will do whatever's necessary to ensure you have a good experience with it, or refund your money if you choose to send it back.

The first PureStream unit I received leaked and I was a bit frustrated by the requirement to submit a video demonstrating how I followed the recommended steps to 'fix it on my own'. After it was determined to be a faulty unit, AJ quickly shipped out a replacement to me. I'm happy to report that the new unit works great and both cats are drinking from it. Great customer service, great product.
