Hi Sarah, I’m really sorry for how drawn out this whole experience was! Between the original shipment getting lost, the replacement delay, and then the fountain arriving warped, you had way more friction than you ever should have. I was able to find your conversation, and I’m glad you were ultimately able to get it assembled, but you absolutely shouldn’t have needed tools or extra help to do that.
