Great products, cats love it. It's nice not having to buy anymore filters. I wish the drinking bowl was a little deeper.

We tried everything and Symon would only drink out of a crystal candy dish bowl! Do you know how hard it is to keep that full? Lol I set this up at night and saw him drinking out of it the next morning! No assistance needed accept a few splashes to show him what it was and that it was for him. Couldn’t be happier!

So far my girl, Sasha has been interested in the water exchange. She seems to drink more often. She is young so I want her to be around for a long time. Hopefully your fountain will help with her longevity!

Terrible product. Slow customer service. They still have not provided me information on how to return. Cheaply made and the water basin of fresh water runs through the unit in one day leaving the tray for my cat to drink from DRY. * updated 8/18/26 - Thank you to Victoria for quickly responding to my review, understanding my concerns, and helping me with the refund process. While the fountain didn't meet my expectations, I raised my rating two points because they followed through on their 30-day money-back guarantee. The slow refund response was the main reason I wrote this review.

A fountain at this price should not be leaving the drinking tray dry after a day, and getting return information should not be another headache on top of that. Totally a scam company. Received a cheap knock-off product drop shipped from China that was dead on arrival. Customer Service ghosted me. I filed a complaint with PayPal. "Janessa" tried to convince me to withdraw the complaint and said she would then refund me immediately once she got confirmation. I declined. Then PayPal resolution notified me that I could get a full refund if I mailed the unit back at my own expense to a random private residential address in Germany that had no company registered at it. Clearly a "return mail fraud scheme". They were hoping I wouldn't shell out the additional $60+ to ship it there or they would claim they never got it back once the package was rejected, lost, or marked undeliverable. I filed a chargeback with my credit card. Stay far away from this company.

You received a unit that didn’t work, had to chase us for help, and then got return instructions that understandably raised even more concerns. I completely understand why you walked away feeling the way you did. I’m taking this feedback very seriously. I’m really happy with my AquaOne PureStream! It works really well, and most importantly, my cat absolutely loves it. Since using it, my cat seems much more interested in drinking water throughout the day. The PureStream is easy to use, looks great, and has been a really convenient addition to our home. I also love the fact that I don’t have to constantly worry about my cat’s water sitting still in a bowl. Overall, I’m very pleased with the AquaOne PureStream and would definitely recommend it to other cat owners looking for a convenient way to encourage their cats to drink more water. A great product that both my cat and I enjoy!
