Quick response. Understood my questions and answered them fully!

I had to wait over 30 days to receive the product. When I put the product together I was not able to use it as it was intended since the tray would not hold water it instantly dump the water into the dirty container so I wrote the company and they sent me a video I follow the video no less than five times and it still doesn't work I have written to them repeatedly and at this point ever received no response to my last email about whether or not they will refund me any of the $179 I paid for water from my cat cannot use. I am less than thrilled or impressed with this piece of equipment that is supposed to be so good for my cat. I guess my cat will just have to suffer with some other water fountain.

Purestream is not for my cat. She won't even drink from it.

My cat is 16 years old, diabetic and has chronic pancreatitis. I have always struggled with getting him to drink enough water. So much so that I regularly have to give him subcutaneous fluids (affectionately calling them "water buffalos") at least once, commonly more than once a week. Since setting up his new PureStream fountain (about a week ago) I have observed him voluntarily drinking mult times a day every single day. I have tried a variety of Fountains and bowls of different designs and materials over the years and I don't think I've ever seen him drink so often and so casually. He really seems to love it and I could not be happier about it!

Bought two cat fountains hoping this would be the great medium i needed between the churble can fountain and one with multi tank use instead of relying on a water filter. Within 4 months, both units were inoperable. that's over $300 wasted. This is just another company on Instagram that make claims that are too good to be true and under-deliver.

The design of the whole thing isn’t great. I don’t believe there was any thoughts of the owner having to carry the pieces as one (which they fall away from each other and I about dumped all the water on my carpet ) while filling them up with water and then piecing all pieces back together again and then transporting to their original places for my cats. If the used water container is full you have to take the top part off and lay somewhere it does not harm the filter part of the machine that is hanging . And my last gripe is about the water dispenser, when my cats (and I have 3 of them) when they drink from it, it doesn’t refill so while I’m away from the house they have to wait the 6,9 or 12 hours before the water dumps and refills.so that means my cats are going without water when I’m not home until that recycle happens… and I bought two of the PureStreams.. it’s great that it has separate containers and it auto fills but that is the only thing good about this product. Honestly if the boxes came in better shape when I received them, I would be sending both of these back and that is the only reason I haven’t.

I like that fresh water is kept separate from the dirty water. I also do not see any slime (I have 4 cats and have tried numerous iterations of fountains and all require constant cleaning to remove the slime. I see the difference in separate tanks. I am having to refill..but would much rather refill than clean constantly and I know my cats are drinking!
