One word- Stay away, steer clear, you are better off using the tablets provided by skip uber and doordash. Atleast you’ll not loose your money. TryOtter will kill your business reputation, adversely affect your revenue coz most of the times their app is under OUTAGE and your customers will stop ordering from you. When you call the customer support, they grill you with 500 verification questions like a bank does and then they take hours to pull up your account and if your lucky, they will register a ticket for escalation as most of the times they have no clue if the issue can be resolved by them, or level 2. Your stores will stay paused for days together. Skip uber doordash and all others will keep calling you through the day to unpause and accept orders but you will not be able to coz Otter. Hence, look away, do not sign up and manage your store yourself.

I have been using Otter for 8 months now. I started with a promotional offer that included the first 2 months for free. While the basic service was satisfactory, I informed the representative handling my account that I was not interested in the additional offer and that I didn't want to keep it. But after 3 months i noticed that they were still charging me for the additional offer. I started to work with them in August and asked for a refund in December. we are in April, they are still charging the additional offer, I tried to reach them by mail, by phone, or by live chat. every time they tell me that someone will call me the next day to proceed with the refund. I tried around 10 times to asked them but still no reply. Problem solved
