If you want to use this company for simple third party integration it's actually pretty straightforward and good. I have one restaurant that does. For a new restaurant I tried using their kiosk and POS system it has been an absolute complete nightmare. I'm 3 months in and I still don't have the system the way that I need it. I've been promised a whole lot of things and none of it is able to be delivered. They said yes to everything but ability was not even there. Loyalty program is not part of the kiosk system. They said they would transfer loyalty data from my one system to the next with a CSV file that did not happen 3 months later. They sent me a customer service rep who can do absolutely nothing but send messages for me. I have to wait weeks for simple changes in the system like allowing me to take cash on the kiosk, when it's simply a push of a button. Discounts between the POS and the kiosk are completely different. Kiosk discounts are watered-down version inability. Their AI generated marketing is useless. I'll start to have good results and within that day or two it'll stop it and switch it to a different one with no results. I could honestly go on forever. Three months in and I am just irritated. If I hadn't bought the hardware outright I would have switched.
