The so-called doctor didn’t even turn on her camera so I could see her so there definitely was not a connection. My appointment was at 9:15 AM and it ended at 9:22 AM, she was not interested at all why I was calling in or what I needed. I was not looking for medication but merely tools to help with my anxiety and she was not interested in hearing anything about what my issues were.

Ann was so helpful!! She was able to see me same day and is extremely nice and you feel like when you’re talking to her like you’ve known her your whole life. She shows that she cares & is here for YOU!! now I’m on my journey to get my life back !! If you’re struggling and you don’t know where to turn I highly recommend trying minded.

I really loved that even though it wasn’t a therapy session my assigned psychiatrist listened to me and was very receptive. I loved the quality input he provided me with. And I definitely felt heard, nils magnusson is an amazing psychiatrist and human. He wasn’t just trying to prescribe me something and send me on my way (which has been my experience in every single low income mental health clinic I’ve been to)but he actually cared to listen and inquire more about my situation. For the first time in a while I actually feel like I can finally maybe start healing. Thanks minded.

They are awful. I was close to running out of my medication and couldn’t get an appointment in time to get refills. They don’t care about your mental health at all. I cancelled my membership and requested a refund and they refused. I meant to cancel earlier but was past the date and forgot. I tend to be forgetful due to my anxiety and explained this to them, but they still refused. This is appalling since they are supposed to be a mental healthcare provider. They have zero sympathy whatsoever. They don’t care about you, just your money. I switched to Brightside. They seem to care and actually accept insurance, unlike Minded. If you are considering minded I recommend you steer clear of them at all costs. There are so many other, better options. Update 7/11/22: They will also still try to charge your credit card after you have cancelled your membership. I cancelled my membership nearly a month ago, but had a charge on my card on 7/8. Stay far away from these scam artists.

Super good service and very knowledgeable doctors

The internet was cutting out on the Dr's end. I thought the session was for therapy and medication. I didn't know it was just medication. I was willing to try therapy again but it's things like this that frustrates me so I don't.

The consult was straight forward. Provider was kind and thorough. I didn’t know what to expect from this type of program, but I was relieved and grateful for how simple everything was.

This is a great option for those of us that get anxiety from going to the doctor.
