Giving this review 3 stars only because Stacy Davis is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. However, good luck getting in contact with anyone about anything in between appointments. They do not answer their phones, and respond to emails sporadically usually after 24 hours. There was an issue with my medication being sent to my pharmacy, and I have now been trying to get it figured out for over 2 weeks because I can only get a response from someone via email every other day. Meanwhile I have not had any medication. You would think a mental health service would have easier access to speak with someone regarding their medications.

I have been assigned a new therapist due to my original leaving after almost a year working with her. My new care specialist is trying to get me off something, which I understand why of course, however this is the first time in this whole past year that I'm actually functioning. After trying so many different meds to get me where I am. So it's been stressing me out. Just would like deeper understanding of what I've been through and continously going through.

My provider seemed very nice buy unfortunately due to technical difficulties we could not hear eachother and had to end the meeting. I would like to be rescheduled this month before another charge on my account. Thank you

I'm not very hopeful the medication prescribed will be helpful, but at this point I'll try almost anything. Typical experience for an online service. No anti-anxiety meds other than antihistamines. Fairly disappointing.

My initial provider missed my appointment and I did not hear from Minded for a few days. This was concerning as I was running out of medication. Once Minded contacted me, I was able to reschedule quickly with a new provider and that experience was good.

Didn’t feel doctor asked the right questions to get to know my health issues, in order to prescribe the right medications. Prescriptions were an issue to get filled. I’m still waiting on one, three days later.

Good. But not $65 a month good. Minded is basically Psychiatric drug dealers and that's it. My first session was great, lasted the whole 30 minutes. I had questions about my medication and it took two days for a response. Finally it was time for my 15 minute monthly follow up and it lasted less than 4 minutes. As if 15 minutes was too long for $65 a month? Not expecting much but at least stick around for 15 minutes. You literally pay $65 a month for access to mental health drugs. If you have an alternative, take it. If not, Minded is efficient at what it does but absolutely not worth the money.

It was a very quick session Louise was very nice! I feel like she addressed my insomnia but my anxiety not so much! I tried 4 different medications for my anxiety by my primary doctor and nothing has help!!! I’m hoping that because it was just the first time meeting but something has to give I can not keep feeling like I’m crawling out of my skin everyday
