I wish I could give this site zero…
I wish I could give this site zero stars. I have been using the site for about 4 months and not ONE SINGLE TIME did anything go right. Every month I show up at my pharmacy for them to tell me my prescription was never called it. Even worse, once I was prescribed the completely incorrect medication (not for anxiety, but completely unrelated illness that I do not have). Minded cared more that I discard it than the fact that it happened. They called me numerous times asking if I discarded and then on my follow up call the first thing the doctor asked me was if I discarded it and to “just flush it when I get home”. Details of issues: 1. First doctor rushed me off the phone on my first follow up call in less than 2 minutes. She asked 2 questions: did I have any adverse effects to the medication and did I have suicidal thoughts. When I answered “no” she said okay I’ll call the prescription in, bye. I was like “you didn’t ask if there were any positive effects of the medication or if it was working t the current dosage. She’s like “you want to increase it, okay, I’ll call it in.. bye..” 2. They switched me to a “doctor” that had no clue what they were doing. Did not know what a therapeutic dose of Setraline was and had to look in a book to figure it out (while on this call). This is the doctor that prescribed me a medication for an Illness I do not have. I would have taken it if the pharmacy did not counsel me when I picked it up and tell me it was a “new medication”. I was confused walking out the door because the medication I should have been subscribed was not new. I looked at the name and realized it was a mistake. Thank goodness for “forced counsel” in pharmacies these days, something j was previously annoyed by but now appreciate. 3. Third doctor has not called in the prescription 2 months in a row now and I am constantly being told by my pharmacy that they have no record. Once she called in half the prescription, the next time she didn’t call anything in at all. No longer worth the convenience of not having to see a doctor in person. I would rather pay $500 out of pocket for the convenience of getting my (correct) medication. Anxiety inducing experience every single time despite being a site focused on helping with the issue. I do not take the time write reviews but people need to hear this. I literally don’t understand how they’re still in business.
