They dropped me with no explanation other than, “You do not fall in line with what we do.” They prescribe the medication I’m on. Move on if you’re looking for long term care. They seem to not be it.

Scheduling my appointment was extremely easy, my psychiatrist listened to all my concerns I was extremely happy with my virtual appointment at the end of the session I was informed my prescriptions would be called in at the choice of my pharmacy she answered some additional questions, over all my session took 30min from start to finish, extremely happy as my previous physician charged me a good over $250 I will continue to utilize this service for my mental health. Thank you all at Minded

The provider that assisted me was understanding. She allowed me to express my concerns She was openly minded, She explained treatments options,and developed a treatment plan.

The best doctor, very compassionate and very informative.

Good. But not $65 a month good. Minded is basically Psychiatric drug dealers and that's it. My first session was great, lasted the whole 30 minutes. I had questions about my medication and it took two days for a response. Finally it was time for my 15 minute monthly follow up and it lasted less than 4 minutes. As if 15 minutes was too long for $65 a month? Not expecting much but at least stick around for 15 minutes. You literally pay $65 a month for access to mental health drugs. If you have an alternative, take it. If not, Minded is efficient at what it does but absolutely not worth the money.

It was a very quick session Louise was very nice! I feel like she addressed my insomnia but my anxiety not so much! I tried 4 different medications for my anxiety by my primary doctor and nothing has help!!! I’m hoping that because it was just the first time meeting but something has to give I can not keep feeling like I’m crawling out of my skin everyday

I FEEL LIKE IT WAS JUST WHAT Rx HAVE YOU NOT TRIED AND WE WILL TRY THAT 30 MIN APPOINTMENT WAS ONLY 15 MIN. DID NOT TRY TO SEE WHY I WAS HAVING ISSUES, DID NOT ASK IF I FELT BETTER OFF GONE WILL BE CANCELING MY ACCOUNT

I was really unsure about doing a doctor appointment on line. I’m so happy I did. My NP was very attentive and caring. She truly listened to my concerns and address them very well. Very very helpful service. I highly recommend them!
