I bought this product and many yummy cores to quit vaping THC. It also came with a complimentary mint core, which I used and enjoyed first. I inhaled thinking the cores were safe to use as I had vaped. I researched further and found out one is supposed to suck in without inhaling essential oils into your lungs. This product is useless to me, an ex smoker who very much inhales when I’m smoking, vaping or “fuming”. Not cool. Money wasted

My brother got a Fum and I was not sure it would be worth it. I was a heavy smoker and substituted it with vaping over the past 7 years. Lately I was trying to eliminate the nicotine on my vape and managed to do so for over a month. Then I remembered my brother and his Fum. I thought if I am not doing it for the nicotine, why inhale the ingredients of the vape. And so I got my Fum last week and completely forgot I even had a vape for ages and ages. I have tried 2 flavors so far, both fresh and clean (mint and orange). But at the end of the day, the flavor is good, but it's the having something to hold in your hand and put in your mouth when you get your nicotine craving that saves the day. I read reviews saying it's not worth it, it's overpriced, it's just a piece of wood or it's taking advantage of nicotine addiction. From my perspective I am glad it's doing all of these things. I find the product brilliant and the people that had the thought of creating it even more brilliant. They deserve to sell their product at the price they see fit, seeing that no one is complaining about cigarettes or vapes being overpriced/addictive, which are an actual harmful habit. In addition, I have seen reviews saying they are a scam, stay away, blah blah. This company is not a scam, their product is not a scam. They are a legit company, they send you the product you ordered in a timely manner and will compensate you if something goes wrong (order getting lost for example). If you don't like the product or it doesn't work for you that is fine. That doesn't mean they are scammers, you need to be able to tell the difference.. One thing I will say is that their marketing is super aggressive and they should probably tone it down a bit. I think this was originally a Canadian product, so I am not sure about their privacy laws there, but after GDPR Europeans don't appreciate spamming. When it comes to the design, weight and general feel of the Fum, I like everything about it. It is lighter than a vape but not insignificant in your hand. I hold on to it even if I am not inhaling and it's like a security blanket. I also like that I can decide the feel of the inhale, if it is light or tough to inhale through. In terms of price, I find that it is a little overpriced, but if you were buying a vaping device or even worse, cigarettes every day, you will get your money's worth for sure. I find that the cores are significantly overpriced. Again, in comparison with cigarettes they are cheaper, but not cheaper than vapes, so the company needs to take this into consideration. I haven't tried it yet, but I think that even if the flavor fades away it wouldn't be a problem to keep using the same core. If someone is serious about quitting smoking and/or vaping I would encourage them to give this a try. It is obviously not a magic wand, you need to try and put your mind to it. However Fum is an excellent helper and from my experience I would recommend it.

Started sending me text messages for sales purposes, But now it doesn't stop. Have been sending stop to the right number as been told, but they just keep texting me. I did not consent, I do not think this is the way to get more customers because you lost me before I even bought something. Is this still legal even??

Realized I don’t need something to replace vaping but I Opened the box to look at the device and now I can’t return it. Did not use it or any of the flavour packs but customer service won’t even acknowledge letting me return the flavour packages. Customer service also responded to my emails by addressing me by the wrong name…

Update: As far as the response is concerned, as I stated in my review, I have plenty of products that are NOT able to be resold and refunds are still issued for satisfied customers. Second, the taste is chemical, period. Third, and MOST important, they offer 50% refund for anyone who makes a video review online, yet they do not offer ANY refund amount for customers who are dissatisfied with the product. So basically, I cannot have any of my money back but I can get paid to do a review essentially to get a half refund. Again, that's unacceptable. As far as reaching out to "make it right" THAT is EXACTLY what I did, and I was told I would not receive any refund, I Even mentioned that it's not fair to pay people a 50% refund for a review yet not apply that to unsatisfied customers and I never got any response after the initial no refunds response. First and foremost, the inhaler is nice but the flavors are TERRIBLE. They taste of nasty chemicals. When I contacted FUM they told me they only use high grade essential oils. I use high grade essential oils at home all the time, they do NOT have a chemical taste. It's MOST LIKELY because they use a toxic polyester core NOT cotton like other brands (yep, you're breathing in plastic, so healthy). So, I tried three flavors only the mint was able to mask the chemical flavor (I tried orange which I usually LOVE in essential oils, and licorice which should mask any chemical but I guess that's how strong it is). I decided I didn't want to take the chance on buying more of the overpriced cores and figured I'd return it before my 30-days are up.... NOPE NO RETURNS AT ALL IF YOU'VE USED IT!! How do you know you want to return it if you haven't used it? Don't give me that contaminated crap. I use TONS of beauty products that are VERY expensive and they ALL accept returns if you are not satisfied... Here is the kicker...they send you an email that if you post a video review they will REFUND YOU 50%! So they CAN'T REFUND A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER BUT THEY CAN REFUND THOSE THAT POST POSITIVE VIDEO REVIEWS FOR THEIR COMPANY - WHAT A FARSE

I'm recently trying to get off vaping THC. I was unsure about the FUM because it is directed at nicotine users. I was so pleasantly surprised by the white cranberry flavor. It's herbal robust flavor was satisfying and effective.

Major disappointment. $130 loss. No flavor. You might as well save your money and inhale through a straw. Total waste.
