I ordered my fum and received it a week ago. I was so excited to try it out and was anticipating the arrival of it. I opened it up and was very pleased with my journey pack and all 10 flavor cores. I tried the raspberry lemon first and it was different but okay. Hubby said it tasted like how ether smells. I tried the spearmint ice, cinnamon hearts, maple pepper, sparkling grapefruit and white cranberry and they all tasted very heavy in eucalyptus oil and some reminded me of Vicks vapor rub! I do have a few unopened flavor cores but I am done with this product. I did like how the fum feels and the fidgeting aspect of it but not for the price. Feels like they are pushing their product by “natural essential oils” which can be just as toxic as chemicals in cigarettes or vapes. I bought into this and I am disappointed to say the least!

I ordered this over 30days ago and they do not know where it is , I have asked for an explanation, and now after so long I have asked for my money back . They have said if I carry on emailing they will put me to the back of the queue. I tried to tell them I just don't have £83 to throw away. Absolutely appalling customer service!! Whether I get the product or my refund remains to be seen . Stay well away from this shower !!!

Seen a couple of youtubers that I trust sponsored by FUM and decided to give them a try. Now I question if the they ever tried this product or read the reviews. The Idea is nice and I was curious enough to give it a try to perhaps put down vaping. Found an organic shop close by that sold Fum and bought a core starter pack along with the mouthpiece. around $80 dollars total. I will say the mouthpiece itself is sturdy and has a nice weight to it and does have a magnetic fidget clicker kind of feel. However...who ever decided that these flavors were good, should be FIRED. Crisp Mint, Orange vanilla, and Mango Pepper (Seriously? PEPPER!?!?) were in the sampler and I got an extra Core that came in the box. Imagine my face in pure disgust when I take a draw of Crisp Mint and my mouth is washed over with what feels like pure chemical menthol coating my cheeks and tongue. My face instantly twisted and scrunched as I took another draw wondering if its just my preference against this flavor. Im not a fan of menthol but im not about to just waste this core (I just spent 80 bucks) so ill tough through it, Right? Day 2, the flavor is still strong , im not happy about trying to power through it, eagerly looking at the other flavors for something better. Day 3, Flavor is still strong, decide ive had enough of this horrible Crisp mint. Clean the device, pop in Mango Pepper. Nothing but SPICE hit me. No sweet, no mellow flavors, its like breathing in VICKS vapor rub without the burn or benefits of clearing your airways while also coating your tongue in it. No hint of mango at all. In my shock, I figure screw it, there's no way all of them can be bad...Right? Pop out the Mango Pepper and slap in the Orange vanilla flavor core. Nothing but the flavor of rind from any given citrus fruit let alone an orange. Nothing sweet about this flavor at all. Unbelievable , all these flavors are hands down terrible, so much so I refuse to try any more. If I could request my money back , I would, but I understand these products are personal use so I highly recommend against using this product on the basis on its cores alone are disgusting. Id rather suck on an empty burnt vape cartridge than subject myself to these flavors any more.

I had really high hopes for this product. FUM is essentially the white claw version of flavored air - there's a hint of it, and that's it. The device is heavier than it needs to be, the wheel turns when you barely touch it, and the magnet that holds the wooden piece in place disengages easily. Concept is there, but definitely overpriced for the value.

I bought the journey pack on 05/08 and I got it 05/13 so shipping was average. Everything packaged nicely and it came with two stickers which was kinda cool. The “device” seems to be well made and feels a bit heavier than I expected but that’s not really a bad thing because that makes the fidget aspect of it more engaging. I was kind of expecting it all to be made of plastic but it’s some kind of metal and wood which was a nice surprise. I bought the little rubber tips because I tend to chew on my mods I highly recommend it to those on the fence about the extra money. So far I’ve only tried the Crisp Mint flavor and it’s ok but I can tell that this will take some time to get used to. I smoked cigarettes for 15yrs then switched to vaping around 2yrs ago. I have very high hopes of this helping me quit nicotine entirely. Overall I’m enjoying the product so far and would recommend to others.

I didn't end up loving the product. The product itself is great! But the flavors all tasted like cleaning products. Ended up cancelling my order for the Cores subscription but the money came out anyway. Emailed customer service and they were fast and polite and handled the issue well then processed my order. Overall, product is great but the flavors are not but the customer service was even better.

My husband gave it to me for my birthday I do not recommend this product. It is useless if you open it and try it. You cannot return it. It is a scam. How do I know if it works or not? It cost me $140. I feel robbed since I opened it and tried it. Honestly, it's rubbish. I do not recommend it.

Order #674174 HAVENT even recieved my order after placing it 3 weeks ago on the 18th of april. This is ridiculous and a sign that this company put all of their money in marketing and not enough into the logistics an supply chain. Please send me the order as soon as possible its getting quite ridiculous at this point. If your'e reading this please don't buy from this company Im sure there are plenty alternatives ffrom amazon. Update : 10 days since this review, guess what No progress whatsoever, they dont even know where my product is. They did not notify me when they delivered it, They shouldve atleast let me know it couldn't be delivered. Ridiculous product, time waster go buy competitors.
