Customer Service is great. But the flavors leave something to be desired. The crisp mint flavor is okay But all the others are quite chemical

Misleading marketing and no safety data I wanted to believe in this product, but after digging deeper, I’m honestly concerned. They market it as “flavoured air,” but it’s actually essential oils or food-grade flavourings being inhaled directly into your lungs — something they barely mention on the site. There’s no full ingredient list, no concentrations, and no clinical studies proving it’s safe for long-term inhalation. “Food-grade” means safe to eat — not to breathe in. That’s a huge difference. Even natural compounds can become respiratory irritants when inhaled, especially for people with asthma or sensitivities. And calling it “trusted by experts” or “clinically tested” without showing actual data feels deceptive. If they truly believed in the product, they’d: • Publish full ingredients and concentrations • Share third-party lab tests • Stop using vague health claims and rebranded language This isn’t harmless aromatherapy — and users deserve honesty, not clever branding. Would not recommend unless they become fully transparent and regulated.

Fum signed me up for a subscription I did not agree to. Easy enough to cancel and the product is good. I cannot trust them now and will be monitoring my credit card and report it as fraud if it happens again.

NO BUY THIS NEVER. Be careful if you’re purchasing from Europe. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing—I genuinely feel like I've been scammed. They promised delivery within 3 days, but the reality was completely different. Apparently, they had no stock in Europe, and I ended up waiting over 20 days with no clear communication from their side. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel the order. The worst part was the refund process. Out of the total €105 that I paid, they only refunded €8, which is completely unacceptable and makes no sense. I genuinely feel deceived and let down by their lack of transparency and terrible customer service. I strongly advise against buying from this company. Their service has been extremely poor, misleading, and borderline fraudulent. Save your money and avoid the frustration—find a more reliable company to do business with.

Waste of money, can buy the identically one from Ali Express for £4… save yourself the money!

It doesnt work or do anything, better chew a gum and save hourself a 100 dollars. It is expensive for a really nonsense basic product. Not at all what they are marketing. Also you can not return it, just be aware, dont buy this.

Don't bother you wait so long to recieve your order you've already quit vaping by the time it arrives I'm about 3 weeks now still haven't recieved it

Product is very well made, has a nice weight and feel to it, great for fidgeting. Mouthpiece feels a bit like a hookah which I like. So far the only flavors I haven't found to be horrible are Crisp Mint and Orange Vanilla. All of the other ones I've tried are like many other reviews have said -- cleaning products or toothpaste. It's a bad feeling when you order a pack of cores, wait for it to arrive, get it and open it up, take one drag and your immediate reaction is utter disgust. But that has happened to me a few times now. I'll also say that I used to vape quite a bit (Elfbars) and I haven't bought a vape since I got this thing almost 2 months ago. So, there's that too!
