I saw other alternative options for quitting smoking and vaping, but they were also vape-based, just no nicotine, or just a different way of taking nicotine. So FÜM has been the best alternative option for me.

I broke my vape in January. Rather than replace it I gave this a try. 6 months in and nicotine free. My wife loves it as it’s smoke free. Settled on the minty sticks as my favourite. Saves a fortune in cash too. Cheers FUM. That said I posted this review at their request with the promise of a free barrel. Sadly they have not lived up to their promise.

Do not give them your credit card number or any information for that matter I believe that this is all fraud. They have no phone number. I’ve tried to stop the subscription several times and they tried to withdraw more money out of my account when I did do not use this company Unless you want your money taken

I ordered the journey pack. It was supposed to come with 6 cores and only came with one, which is enough only for 2-3 days. Immediately emailed customer service and they replied saying they were sorry to hear it and that someone would contact me shortly to get the other 5 cores sent. They never did. I’ve emailed them three more times in the last week and no one has replied. This product is VERY expensive and not at all worth the price. Cores last 2-3 days so you would go through them very quickly. Had high hopes for this company and am very disappointed.

The idea of fum is great but unfortunately the flavours do not last very long, have a strange aftertaste and quite a strong smell. My preference is a mint 0% nicotine refillable vape unfortunately

This product is crap. Clever marketing, smart looking product and nice packaging but its style over substance. The money back guarantee is a con as you can only return unopened and you can’t tell it’s crap until you open it. Emails are ignored, customer service is non-existent.
