You need to stay on top of orders.

At the beginning, I had to contact Customer Service several times for order status. My money was taken rather immediately, but I had to work hard to get my order sent. I finally had a rep that got it shipped overnight. I was promised my next quarter shipment would be automatically sent on 5/26/29. Well, it wasn't, and I had to work hard to get that sent too (5/29/25) (assuming it will be sent). I'm still waiting on shipping confirmation, but the representative was very helpful and concerned. For the amount of money I spent, I'm very disappointed that I have to work so hard to get my product. The weight loss is very slow too. Only 10 pounds in 10 weeks. I had an understanding it would be faster than that. Sigh......
