I did not realise that you have an automated selling system. Considering that my first purchase I received consisted of 5 tubs for $145 on a special deal. We have almost used 1 tub and still have 4 left and you are sending me 1 more for $145 . I am totally confused at the logic of all this and will be returning this last tub straight back to you. I am not even convinced yet that they actually work. I hope you understand my concern.

Hi Kerry, Thanks for explaining, and we completely understand the confusion. Getting one tub at the same price you paid for five doesn't add up, and you're right to question it. We've stopped that shipment, so you won't be charged again, and there's no need to send anything back. With four tubs still to go you're well stocked, so there's no rush on any of it. If you'd like, email us at [email protected] and we'll walk you through how the plan was set up and get it onto a timing that actually matches how you're using them. I canceled my subscription but my credit card was charged the next month and product shipped. Customer service is automatic responses and no one will respond to me so I can ship the product back for a refund.

Hi Jan, We're sorry. You cancelled, and being charged and shipped the next month anyway shouldn't have happened. Not getting a proper reply on top of that makes it worse. Just so it's said: our emails are answered by a real person, not automated. If the replies felt that way, we handled this badly, and that's on us. Our dog has been sick since taking your CalmAxis chews product line. I insist on canceling any subscription or future orders. I would also request a 100% refund of the original order of 4 boxes due to Rosies vomiting and diarrhea. The Veterinarian said No More.
