I ordered once off them was hit with a subscription I can’t cancel. Their customer service was terrible.

This place is a fraud! I keep getting the runaround. They sent me an order when I canceled. And when I emailed them about it so I could return it and my money back because it is unopened, I got the whole runaround like when I first emailed about canceling, which was a million questions. Now nobody is even responding. So now I’m even wondering if my subscription that I didn’t even know I had in the first place is canceled! This morning (a day after I wrote this), I ended up receiving an email that they canceled the membership. So it was in fact NOT canceled previously. And therefore they sent out that order that I’m still trying to return to get my money back, which they did not say anything about in the email. I’m going to turn them into the Better Business Bureau.

I have to admit my initial experience with Cannislabs had me doubting my invested purchase. However, my faith in the product and the company was restored through the actions of Mark, the Customer Service Manager. My dog is responding positively to the calming chews. It's always gratifying to know that a company stands by their products and the customers satisfaction. Thank you Mark, my missing chews showed up today.

Just started using the product.

I was supposed to receive 3 pots for the price of 2. Only 2 arrive. Plus they don't seem.to be helping my anxious dog at all.

You sent me a second order that I didn't ask for and when I tried to cancel your customer service rep S played stupid like she didn't understand what cancel meant, and I'm still trying to get my refund on order 5806

The color of the pieces are White, look like its old and unfit to give to my dog.

My pup has been using for about 2 weeks and she is starting to calm a bit Her heavy panting is mostly gone and there is much less barking at noises.
