The product doesn't work with my dog ,I have requested no further shipments

Terribl kept sending them to me when I cancelled order

You cant seem to cancel your shipments. The only response is we will have somone contact you. I have tried to canel 3 times and requested a return number with no response.

I am updating my review. I have sent so so many emails to customer service and they always reply with some BS about “checking with another department “. I have asked for 7 days for an address to return their unauthorized shipment and they will not give me the address. I told them I would send the order back to the return address and they said no that would not work. I looked up the address and it’s a person in CA that ships orders to US addresses from China. This product is from China, although they have no manufacturing company listed on the product. They have sent 2 orders without my consent and now will not take a return. What a total sham of a company. I have been using this product for my Australian Cattle Dogs and previously wrote a 5 star review. After 6 months I am changing my review. I signed up for a subscription and wanted to cancel. There is no good way to change on the website. I emailed customer service as they instructed and have received many messages from Sarah who is AI. After many emails to cancel, they sent another subscription order. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid another shipment. They attempted to charge another shipment and luckily for me, the charge was declined and they could not ship. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD that I will never order again, even though I think the product may help.

When ordering the product they didn't specify this would be a subscription. I got the first batch and tried it and my dogs stomach didn't agree with it. Then next month I got charged and was sent the product again. I reached out for a refund and to cancel my subscription and I have been trying to cancel for almost two months now without luck. I keep getting charged and sent the product. I have the same conversations with the same person about how they "passed my info along to the correct team" and they'll reach out soon. No one has reached out and I have now been charged for FOUR months worth of this product. I do not recommend this strictly based on the customer service, I can't really speak much to the product itself since we had to stop it so quickly due to allergies.

They continue to charge my account after agreeing to cancellation, and then the links to their website suddenly stop working. At just under $80 a charge this is no little thing.

Almost impossible to cancel or change a subscription. While the website looks legitimate, when you email the company am you do get a ‘quick response’ but completely obtuse and unhelpful… I tried changing my subscription to every 3 months vs monthly and was told ‘it was being forwarded to the appropriate people’ you beginning of August - no further response. For the last 10 days I have been trying to cancel my order/subscription again with again useless responses such as why do you want to cancel? Are you sure you want to cancel? And then after confirming I want 100 percent cancellation- there has been no further response. Irregardless of product- which I have not noticed to make any difference. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
