I would give them a -10. I've tried to STOP automatic shipments and charges for the last 2 months - The product does NOT work and they keep shipping and billing me!! I need to find a lawyer or find some way to MAKE IT ALL STOP! RUN - DO NOT ORDER THIS USLESS PRODUCT!!!

Sent me an order that I did not approve. Been asking for a phone # to speak to a manager and address to return product because my dog hates them. Sent over 20 emails requesting return information and they will not send their address. Buyer Beware!! Been waiting over a month!!

No effect on my dog and repeated requests to cancel my subscription has fallen on deaf ears. I am beyond disappointed. Buyer beware 😟
