Right now I’m only giving it a four star because my dog seems to be improving a little bit, but I’m not quite sure of the product yet so I’m gonna go with a four star

Hi there, That's completely fair, and honestly a sensible way to look at it. A little improvement at this stage is a good sign, and the picture usually gets clearer over the next few weeks.
