You cant seem to cancel your shipments
You cant seem to cancel your shipments. The only response is we will have somone contact you. I have tried to canel 3 times and requested a return number with no response.

I was supposed to receive 3 pots for…
I was supposed to receive 3 pots for the price of 2. Only 2 arrive. Plus they don't seem.to be helping my anxious dog at all.

Hi there, I am so sorry about that, if you were promised 3 jars then 3 jars is exactly what you should have received! We will get that third jar sent out to you right away, no problem at all. 🐾 Regarding the results, could I ask how long you have been giving CalmAxis and how many chews per day you have been giving? For some dogs it can take the full 8 weeks at the correct dose before the gut-brain connection is fully rebalanced and the changes really become visible. We want to make sure everything is set up correctly so your dog gets the full benefit. Could you send us your delivery address to [email protected] and we will get that third jar on its way to you immediately!

The color of the pieces are White, look like its old and unfit to give to my dog.
