The products are good but the process of ordering and buying is terrible. The website has been broken for many weeks. It keeps “loading” and is almost impossible to order online. The Venice location is almost always out of stock on many products. If you do manage to place an order, you still have to wait at the dispensary a long time to be called to get your order. Very frustrating. Too bad because they’re close to where I live.

If i get product delivered, its days late. If i order then its far from what i order. If i walk in im blatantly disrespected. Just bad... Just today i ordered flower advertised at 28% when i picked it up it 16% and apparently because im at my 2 and half i cant even exchange.. So im with a headache product or no MEDICINE at all..

Dillon has no personality. Told me I couldn’t use my SNAP discount two secs later the manager told him he most certainly could. He acted like I was bothering him when I went to get more items. And he couldn’t stop talking to Mateo about stcikers

Don’t go with Trulieve they suck and steal peoples money. They are the worst and make you wait 4 hrs in a waiting room for medication. What type of place is this? PTSD yup you’ll get that when you deal with Trulieve. Steer away!!!!!

The Trulieve website is a joke. You either order product from the website(shown in stock) and get there and it's not in stock or you try to order from website and it shows the product NOT in stock, but when you get there, it's IN stock. Been like this for 6 months. New website look didn't help at all.
