I occasionally see negative things about Trulieve, that are not true. In over 3 yrs. of having my MMR Card, I have always got what I purchased. If you don't look up that strain and know the THC, Cabinoids, Terpenes etc.dont buy it. 1 time in 3 yrs. I was disappointed, buying Papaya cake and not checking. Normally it has 28-29% THC, but this batch was 18%. My fault not Trulieve. Do your homework people. Smoke it Get high

Great Service there, the workers are always welcoming and nice. Every shop I have been into has been extremely pleasant!! the killer for me: how much waste is involved. I really don’t see a reason why they can’t offer some type of recycling program for packaging. SO MUCH PLASTIC >:((!!! TOO MUCH really. Hopefully more people will start making noise about this or hopefully Trulieve will start caring about the future of our planet <3

New Port Richey Trulieve is slower than my 110 year old grandpa. Even if you wake up at 7am to make an online order you still have to wait 2 hours when the wait time on waitly is 8 minutes. I was number 2 on the list for 45 minutes until I was dropped to number 10 and had to wait another hour. Not professional at all.

Bottom line is there's no inventory. The company should be embarrassed. All of the people who work there are very nice. They never have product and it's literally a waste of time to go in there.

Worst place The inventory on the website is like 2 days old , just a waste of time , staff doesn’t care I have wasted at least 5 hrs driving there to stay it was sold out yesterday Just sucks
