You place an order early in the morning, get a confirmation number, wait all day for it to be ready, then get a late afternoon call that nothing in your order is actually in stock. No other dispensary is run this way. Choose anywhere else.

I really appreciate Michael and what he did for me he was really helpful with explaining what a certain strain does and what’s good for certain things. 10/10 customer review for this guy he needs a raise!!

I went to Trulieve Delray Beach yesterday on 4-20, & placed a good size order. At that time I was helped by a wonderful young lady by the name of Adriana. She has helped me b4 and is a sharp cookie, & knows her products well. Adriana did the numbers quickly to determine what was a better value, using my points & Vets discount, or the 25% off sale. She is exceedingly polite & cheerful, making it a pleasure to do the transaction. If all their Reps were as skillful as Adriana, they wld be blessed. I plan to ask for her every time I come In !!

Hector and Adam were very helpful and super nice during my visit today. Answered questions and suggested some replacements for items that were out of stock. Great products and a very friendly and helpful staff! There is an occasional wait, but if you check in before you get there the wait is usually no more than 5-10 minutes.

Chaunice (sp) & Wags are nice people & efficient managers. *Product Strains are varied, good quality, and sometimes hit or miss. *Serious Improvement needed with Inventory Management & Real-time Website Updates. Especially with the Boynton Beach Operations. *Competitive Analysis: Real-time THC % are listed by the Competition - Trulieve should be able to do the same.

Bottom line is there's no inventory. The company should be embarrassed. All of the people who work there are very nice.Today I place an order at 8 AM for a bud, I get a call at 3 PM that they sold out. So you’re telling me that I made the order at 8 AM they didn’t said they didn’t receive it but I have a confirmation number that I did probably sold whatever they had in stock in store. Good thing that they call me before going over if Not things wouldn’t end good. Honestly I like the product. But you guys got to work on your inventory and what online and what’s not in stock. I really hate using your website. If I had to recommend more people I would hesitate because you guys have a lot of downs & ups. this is the second time that this happens to me and I’m not very please.

This is without a doubt the worst dispensary organization that I have ever dealt with in my entire life I feel as if it is ran by a bunch of incompetent middle schoolers The website is consistently off from what is actually in stock on their current on hand inventory which causes extreme inconveniences when you are trying to find a certain product and the only location that you can find that product is 30 minutes away from your house just to get there to find out that the product is not actually in stock does true leave give you anything for your inconvenience know if they do not they chalk it up to oh that’s just something we deal with how hard is it to chain-link the inventory to the online store I don’t understand as soon as something is blocked online it should be immediately taken out of the inventory as soon as something is bought in store it should be immediately taken out of the inventory there should be a barcode and it should be stand and this problem should not happen but it does happen consistently at least three locations that I go to again worst company I’ve Ever dealt with
