This says everything I wanted to say & with less animosity. Terrible customer service ever! There customer service SUCKS!! I don’t understand how TRULIEVE being a bedside manner side of the industry can have such a terrible service for dying patients. I understand any business with a direct extension to a patient livelihood should give the patient the bed side manner they should for NO REASON lack. Tell me if the industry does not support me, why should we promote it? Why would a patient in dire need for help go to you guys to receive anything but help? Why support an industry that in the long run does not have my best interest. Are the people at the dispensaries high while on the job? Is that why they can’t even organize the order of patient entry? Furthermore if I’m just picking up, why am I doing a long wait?? Quite honestly before marijuana becomes legal federally, a further investigation of how the dispensaries are running is of more importance because after my last 5 trips to your store I have firmly decided that I much rather deal with an anesthesiologist and pills than with ignorant suggestions, apologies and what is worst lack of professionalism which you all should be ashamed of after having patient spend more than the regular specialist visitation. Furthermore your patients are your livelihood, let hope you guys don’t get reviewed by people who have the power to close that place, maybe some food for thought

NOPE Never a good experience, the staff seem very uneducated and just blast music loudly. They are all slow at counting money and this company operates like a methadone clinic, not a medical facility, beware!!!

Yesterday was my first visit to a dispensary, and I was very pleased with the experience! Emily and John were both knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They took the time to listen and personalize my purchases according to my medical conditions. I would highly recommend the Davenport location. I will be going back and visiting with Emily again.
