Great bunch of people working there. Product line is good. Just not enough rso sativa in stock at times. Other then that no complaints.

First -Placed order this morning before around 10:30am. Sale going on 3 $45 strains for $75 bucks. Price in cart does not reflect sale amount. When i questioned them they told me it will be fixed when you pay. I’m not in the habit of driving 20 minutes in traffic to find out price is not correct. This needs to be fixed. Second, this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve tried placing a delivery order. That’s what my order today was. Trulieve site clearly shows my area as same day delivery between 1-7. Here all day never heard from anyone. Kept checking back order shows being processed. Finally messaged with trulieve chat (another nightmare, disconnected 3 times. No one tried to get back in touch with me) after giving them all my information multiple time only to have them tell me Aventura doesn’t have same day delivery to my area. ? What. Incredible!!! Check your site. I use to buy my entire 2 1/2 oz from Trulieve. Not anymore. MedMen is a much nicer experience. And they always have what you have bought in stock when you get to the store. Very disappointed in Trulieve. They have really great flower but it’s kind of a nightmare to buy. Maybe they have grown to big to fast. Don’t really care that you’re opening a store week. The experience totally sucks. Just to be clear I am in no way referring to any of the sales people in Fort Lauderdale, Dania or Deerfield. My experience with all of them has always been very pleasant. Corporate need to straighten their crap out. Unacceptable!

Trulieve is a total piece of garbage to their checking in and play the wait game to their third world customer service I certainly don’t miss them at all after I stopped going about a year ago and started going to Rise with much better system of ordering and picking up with minimal to no wait and they give a veterans discount trulieve at the Kendall store in Miami gave me a lot of grief as a combat veteran trulieve does not care about its customers

My husband, Richard Romanoff had fantastic experience at the Truliev in Deerfield Beach with Brenna and Dennis. He said they were both extremely knowledgeable and were very friendly! A pleasure to work with. He said that you are lucky to have them on your team. Kim Romanoff

Why is it their flower always tastes like smoking soap??? Same type as from GH but it tastes and smells like soap!!! I don’t get it. So disappointed.

This 5 star review is for Melinda. When you walk into Trulieve, Melinda is always smiling. She is a front desk receptionist and checks you in. She makes you feel like family. I could just sit and chat with her for hours. She's a joy to get to know. So I'm sending this special thank you to Melinda in Leesburg Fl. I always enjoy being around marvelous people like you.

I just got my card a few months ago and have only been to Trulieve for meds. What I find hard to believe is the horrible way they do business. Very little inventory, every order is a negotiation at my door which I hate because they have horrible system. Never keep a delivery date. Don't seem to care about people with disabilities not having somewhere to sit at a counter? If they are making typical 15% from what I see they could make a lot more with a streamlined business.

Brittany at the eustis location was amazing and helpful! Great team of workers at this location!
