a completely dishonest company. its a shame when dishonest capitalist (redundant) destroy whole industries with greed. I did not get what i ordered or paid for. I ordered flower on many occasions and received minis, a substandard part of plant that cost less. the product details listed on the lab reports are also consistently incorrect.

I made my appointment just as I was getting low on product. I have a herniation in my spine so I have a back injury and I waited for about five minutes for my appointment and my doctor never showed and five minutes later. I got an email saying that my appointment had been canceled.. Everyone here is a lame flipping A-Hole For what you put me through and I am gonna dog you every chance I get because you suck big sets. I hope everyone here knows how simply greedy you are and that’s all you are you don’t wanna help anyone you just want the money because you’re so flipping greedy

Beneva Location in Sarasota. Order was ready and Danny was very nice, I chose this location over Osprey due some unpleasant experiences.... the WORLD is corrupt....businesses have to follow suit. I am hoping for some future freedom when it comes to being able to purchase cannabis .... :)

Great Staff. Excellent service, fair pricing. INSA: 20ct/30mg Tablets (Amped). Quick outset, 15-20 min. Full on effect 30-35 min. Hits closer to 20 mg.

And here it comes, I called and complained to corporate that this was gonna happen and people would be mad. I have over 5000 points that just poof went away. I called when you decided to give us like 8 days to use the points only taking 10% IFF for 500 points. You are not a loyal company and I will no longer do any business with you. As a matter of fact I am going to invest in with your competition, I emailed back and forth with Britney in investment services. She said you should grow. 1.5% in Q2 and apart of that is....the new point system. I want my points really simple. I should have been free to purchase anything with the points until they were at zero. So if y'all have in house counsel let me know if not give me the risk management number like I asked for last week. I already called customer support and I was told the first time to pretty much pound sand and that was after I requested a supervisor. Next day HQ called back and offered to put a credit on my account. I said does it equal 5000+ points? Nope. I said then I don't need that do I? Seems like a lot of companies are taking advantage of the little person, their customers. I called them out and I have the emails from the investment side explaining how much more money they are gonna make off the new point system and how it's going to drive more traffic and retain, spend more each visit..well they use the bait and switch tactic just like with the "loyalty rewards points" Their loyalty ends after the debit card clears the terminal or the cash hits then glass. I will never set foot in their business again for the simple fact that they just screwed a lot of people over They have my number on speed dial. Give me risk managements number so I can call them and sort it out.

Everytime you preorder they cancel it and you walk in they sell you the old flower you can never get the new arrival and you can tell all the worker are stealing from the business like its run by a gang. The police should look into this. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO)

Worst dispensary in sw PA. Every single time I go they are missing something from the order that I literally placed the night before. If you go late in the day and have high thc flower they run low on, they'll pilfer your order and take it for orders that get there before you then tell you it's an inventory system issue that sometimes if 3 or so people order particular item at the same time the system loses count. So in the middle of the night when I generally place my orders, several people all ordered same thing at same time, on at least a half dozen occasions that must have happened? They must be joking. They give no notification of what isn't there until it's too late and you're already there. They effed me royally this week in terms of what I actually needed and budget wise. Don't go here. Avoid at all costs. Get your $hit together trulieve. Pathetic management. Also longest wait times out of anywhere. I once waited 20 minutes with noone in front of me. At least notify people when you take stuff out of their orders to fulfill other orders, don't bs me. Awful.
