Answered all my questions about the process.

Sent an email to support @ Truemed, they responded the next day with the link for the survey to qualify our mattress purchase and get reimbursed through our HSA. Received our LMN the next day and submitted to our HSA for reimbursement.

I followed the survey process for the LMN and had a receipt and email showing payment through Truemed. However the LMN never came and after 12 emails back and forth from support they eventually continued to say I did not complete their process even when I submitted the proof of completion. When that failed they blamed the vendor for failure to capture payment even though they sent an email stating payment received and my FSA verified this information. Ultimately they responded with a "case closed" email and left me hanging stating I should contact the vendor for a refund. They advertise what would be convenient system, but fail to deliver at the slightest technological hiccup.

I got a letter for medical necessity which is easy to apply and the response is quick . I don't have any issue except correcting my name but they accommodated me right away after my email . Therefore , I am well satisfied and happy !

Delayed deliveries, forced rescheduling, cancellation without proper resolution, and refund delays together make this platform highly unreliable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from TrueMeds.”

I received a letter from them to use however my HSA needed it on their own form. I submitted the request to TrueMed and they never respond. Also, whatever program they use to prefill information used the wrong name. I’ve asked for a correction and still no response after months. Yet I continue to receive unsolicited emails from them without any way to unsubscribe to provide positive reviews for them.

I got my LMN from Truemed but my MRA administrator wanted this information on their own form. Truemed completed the form resulting in my approval for reimbursement. Another thing about my MRA administrators is that they want the LMN issued before an OTC purchase. Unfortunately, Truemed offers the LMN after the purchase. The economy is tight right now and having that LMN before purchase makes all the difference. I did have to reach out to customer service regarding these very issues and they were very responsive and eager to resolve the issue. Well done Trumed! With that being said I would definitely continue to shop with Truemed. Overall, a solid 4.5 stars

Yes they write LMN, but the HSA/FSA plan administrator can still deny if it is worded right. Truemed doesn't help during the process despite saying they will.
