I contacted Truemed to follow up on an authorization I expected. My representative Theo had to track down my submission, which was found under a mistyped email, one letter off from my email, the reason why he didn’t find it initially. Then he was able update my email, direct me to log onto my account and access the document. This will allow me to be reimbursed from my HSA account. Fantastic service which required several emails between us. Theo continued until the solution was found!

Truemed took care of both my letter of medical necessity, and my auto-pay billing for my gym club memberships via my FSA. They made it simpler than I expected. Several months after joining, I needed to make an account change that required me to reach out electronically. I followed their online instructions, and honestly, expected a little back-and-forth. Surprisingly, they actually took care of my request on the first try and actually followed their own online instructions, which seems rarer and rarer these days. So far so good, well done.
