I placed my order on 9/28/2026, and I still haven't received my order. I messaged them twice, and all they say is, "The order is on its way". I have requested a refund, and their response was, "Unfortunately, once a package is with the carrier, we’re unable to recall or stop the shipment. Please note that our policy for shipped orders does not allow cancellations or refunds while the package is in transit. Once your order arrives, delivered items are considered final sale." So, if it never arrives, there's nothing I can do. This company should be investigated for fraud.

They have horrible service. I purchased the Withering scale for $500 with my FSA card. During purchase True Med didn't provide a LMN because it said not needed. My FSA requested proof so I provided the receipt, but they did not accept that. When I reached out to True Med, they told me that the company that my FSA is attached with doesn't accept their LMN. I said that is not true as I purchased another item previously and used the LMN they provided. I explained I would have to send the item back if one was not provided. Instead of replying to my reply the rep asked if I needed anything else. After messaging a couple of more times, I have still not had a response. I will never purchase with a company that depends on them for LMN.

They helped me use my HSA for Huel! It's very nice to be able to get food with a tax advantaged account. This was a very streamlined service and I highly recommend it.

Initially interaction with customer service didn't provide much assistance. The customer service reps stayed with it and found a solution. Kudus to the customer support team. Great company to work with.
