True Link FinancialReviews of truelinkfinancial.com

True link has literally made our job so much easier! Very simple to use, as an administrator, clients love the card. True link support is very helpful! Knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We've never had a bad experience. We HIGHLY recommend this service!

My husband and I first got a Truelink card for my mother in law after she began having memory problems. As she slowly became unable to handle her finances, we needed a card both she and her care provider could easily use. We really appreciated being able to block unwanted stores and services, like ATMs, TV shopping clubs, and online purchases, while she and care providers could still use the card for grocery shopping, paying the doctor, dentist, salon, department stores, and so on. It’s been working just as we need it to, and the fee isn’t exorbitant. We’ve now gotten a card for my disabled sister in law. Truelink has simplified our lives and is a great convenience.

It is easy for the disabled person to use The site is straightforward and easy to manage. It is very secure. I have had very quick responses when I have a question.

Easy to work with. Knowlegeable staff. Ability to choose where card is to be spent. Ability to get emergency funds when needed. Understanable explanations.

So far I’m very pleased. Makes it so easy to send my loved ones money and keep them financially on track.

I just received the most helpful & speedy customer service from True Link Financial. These folks were great at resolving an issue that I had. (The issue wasn’t even True Link’s doing.) It was an issue that I had put off and put off due due to my own procrastination. Still, they resolved the issue kindly & speedily. Great customer service & great product True Link offers. I 100% recommend!

I spent weeks looking at different banking options for my special needs brother but could not find anything that had protections for both my brother and I in terms of overdrawing, potentially messing up credit, and ways to protect him from spending the funds in inappropriate ways. I thankfully stumbled across True Link Financial on a google hunt to find something that worked for the both of us. I called and had one of the best representatives speak me through the entire process and answer all my questions/concerns. The whole process has been extremely simple. Everyone I have spoken to though phone and email communications have showed extraordinary customer service. The app is easy to use and offers amazing functions. You are able to control everything as the administrator while still allowing the cardholder to learn and grow from the responsibility and independence of owning their own card. I absolutely recommend this card to all families who have the honor of caring for disabled family members!!!

I had a problem with having 2 separate kids on two account. They were able to streamline them so I could access them easier. They did so in less than 24 hours. They were kind and professional when I spoke to them. They explained the process and the ETA. They exceeded my expectation!
