Great customer service

Professional, prompt, got the job done.

It’s still early days for us (3 months) but so far I’ve been very impressed with the customer service - very responsive and solutions-oriented. They were very helpful in adding specific merchants for us, too. I find the app very easy to use and my cardholder seems to be benefiting well. I had had an information session with a customer rep before we signed on, and that was extremely helpful. The delay between funds transfer and posting takes a little getting used to and pre planning, but TrueLink was very responsive and helpful when we were in a crisis situation and quickly walked us through expediting the process. It’s an excellent financial management tool, to be used with careful planning and budgeting; it’s not really set up to be a “crisis” management tool with instant access to funds, like an ATM, so bear that in mind. All in all, very pleased and find the monthly fee worth it.

It takes far too long to load funds for my mom. the first time was 7 days, now, when i tried a 2nd time to send funds on the 13th, it said it wouldn't post until the 23rd. I'll be canceling and going with Greenlight instead. And the accounts/banks were verified, just fyi.

I liked everything about true link except the length of time it take for a deposit to register after sending to the card. 1to 5 days is not reasonable for our loved one. It needs to be more immediate.

The Company I work for handles the financial affairs of mentally challenged veterans and the job would be next to impossible without True Link. Yesterday (9/5/24), we had a client stranded in Iowa needing to get to Florida and this was accomplished due to the efforts of Amy with True Link. All of our client with the mental ability to do so, have a True Link Card. Super service.

I was instantly assigned to True Link Financial agent Lucy whom sent out a dispute reference on a double charge bill from T Mobile. I am hoping to have this resolved in the next 10 business days. Under circumstances it's deemed reasonable for both parties reserved the right to investigate what the automated system conducted and hopefully in the future it will not allow this to happen to future customers.

We were referred to True Link by a Bank Trust Officer. We've been using True Link to fund and manage our adult son's daily spending for the past six months. There was a learning curve for our card holder and us, but overall it has been very helpful to fund, control, and track our son's daily expenses. He isn't always happy, but usually that means the system is working. We couldn't find anything similar to manage his spending efficiently. We have found Customer Service to be accessible and very helpful.
