True link are just another generation of scammer. I am a card administrator the card was close a day to Ronald mri scan and they refused to make a refund of the remaining balance in the amount of 1205.63. I tried calling I was blocked same goes to the email. I won't recommend their services to anyone.

They shut down my account cause they know I told you all how they act. And I didn’t even get my money at all. Refusing to return my money to me. I want to be done with them all together just give me my funds that’s all I want yes but the cardholder is being difficult

I am writing to confirm that our Support Team did follow up with the card administrator directly last week, and again a few days later, letting them know that you were trying to reach them. Please know that the True Link Card administrator has the authority to manage card funding and close a True Link Card. Cardholders can also request that their cards be closed, however, the card administrator is the entity that manages card funding and so any questions or concerns regarding access to funds should be directed to them. For this reason, we're unfortunately limited in what we're able to do on our end. We encourage you to reach out directly to your card administrator, as they'll be best positioned to help with next steps.

Everything was going great until my mother was able to 600 worth of gift cards from 7-11 and dollar general and was told I can’t turn off specific merchandise. Since everyone uses gift cards it’s usless. BTW the gift cards were an “Elan musk” sweepstakes scam

While it is true that the True Link Card cannot be used to block specific items, like gift cards, it can be used to limit the amount of money a Cardholder has access to at any given time, and to block particular spending categories, merchants, and access to cash. I've been with this company for almost a year now and I can't say that they're great. Throughout the time I've been with them, I've had payments on my card blocked because of frequent merchants get on their scam watch list. I went to pay for my phone bill from AT&T and low and behold, i can't pay it because they're on truelinks scam watch list for some reason. It's not the only time this has happened. It even happens when i buy things from Amazon, Ebay, Esty, ect. I beg your pardon but how am I supposed to pay for stuff if Truelink is constantly flagging my purchases? You would think that a big company like At&T wouldn't get flagged as "suspicious" for scams but here we are. Now I have to take money out of my card, and go buy a physical phone refill card. I really despise Truelink as a whole. Don't waste your time with this company if you hate the idea of not being able to pay bills with your card.

I can not get into my account! Everytime I try it tells me my password is wrong. I have reset my password 3 times already and some of the passwords I tried to use gave me a saying ‘that password was in a data breach’! I was finally able to reset my password and when I go to log in it brings me back to the log in page and I can’t get in! Luckily I haven’t funded this account!

I should've used Greenlight - here's why: 1. I can't reach anyone to speak with in person 2. Each time I try to transfer funds, I have to wait a week to use the funds complicating the whole process & reason I ordered the card I use Greenlight for my teenagers and it's been a breeze. TrueLink has been horrible.

While it’s true that for our newer customers the first several transfers can take up to 5 business days to become available, please know that this will not always be the case. This timeline is temporary, and is a security precaution we have in place until we’ve developed a relationship with the source bank account. After this relationship is established, the funding timeline shortens significantly, with transfers becoming available on a next-business day basis.
