Truelink lets my disabled brother be independent. he doesn't have to contact me for every little thing he wants to buy. It is easy to load and for me, as trustee, to keep track of his spending. I like that I can get help quickly from the support staff if he has any problem, which is rare, with the card. The people who help are patient and pleasant.

I highly recommend. It enables me to fund a family member with substance use disorder. In this setting it is important to manage the places where they can spend money, and how much money they can spend, to block certain places and websites. All of this is very easy to do with Truelink card. Customer service has been excellent as well.

Great platform with broad customization. Intuitive app and web page. Changes are applied immediately to profile. After inital funding is verified, deposits are smooth and timely. Customer service has been great. Reports are handy. We have now been using the card for exactly a year. My biggest complaint is that an in-house savings account is not available and transfers out to a linked account cannot be made independent of truelink administrators. As my daughter has become more independent, we have needed the ability to pay rent and other services that cannot be linked yo the card. Overall, great card to serve the spending controls that we have needed.

Easy to use, easy to fund, easy to get assistance.

The TrueLink card is easy to use. More importantly the attitude of all the service reps that I have dealt with was more than solicitous and helpful. As needed, they all go the extra distance. Our world would be a much better place if all customer service was like TrueLink's!!!

We've been using True Link at our facility and manage all client cards for the last 5 years. It gives families peace of mind that their child can safely use "pocket money" with limits. While many big banks now have their own children debit cards, True Link has wonderful customer service and I've always been able to get an immediate response and resolution. I think this is where they truly excel. I would highly recommend this card to anyone!
