This company is a scam- there are tons of threads/forums about how they don't send you your order, and they won't refund you. That's what just happened to me. I ordered a dog maze bowl, the maze walls were too deep and narrow for a dog's snout. I returned it, unused - emailed them every week for months asking about my refund. Eventually, received an email saying I was ineligible for refund because I had damaged the *unused* product - which was, again, shipped back in the exact condition I received it in. They offered me 20% off my next order though ;-) ... despicable. IMO, it is plain and simple ROBBERY to not return the product that I paid for if they will not refund me. How is that legal? I'd bet they will be reselling the *mint condition* product that I paid for. DON'T WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAMMED. I bought the wrong size bowl, all I wanted was to get the larger size. After 2 weeks to finally get a return label from them, I had to wait 4 weeks for a response after my item was received. I was waiting for my refund. They said they needed to look into it. I waited another 2 weeks and sent several emails. Finally they responded and said they couldn’t issue a refund because it was used and I had never used it!! Reporting them to my CC company now.

I ordered a second table, it arrived broken. The company offered free replacement or refund so I opted for a replacement. That arrived broken it the same exact places. They send the tables in a small box inside of a huge box where it’s likely just getting thrown around inside. Poor Chinese quality inside of unprotected packaging. Second star is because they issued my refund after I sent them pictures of the replacement table arriving broken.

Great products! Very clean look and I love that the bowls have magnets to keep them in place!

I requested a return because the set I ordered ended up being too small. I have yet to hear back on how to return my items. Every online company I have ever ordered from immediately sends return instructions and a label for returning your items. This is so completely absurd that I have not heard back on how to return my items.Other reviews have also indicated that not hearing from customer service is a reason not to order from this company. I should have listened to the other reviewers. I was planning to order the larger set once I returned the other one, but if I’m ever able to return my item, I plan to look elsewhere.

I purchased a Trot water bowl, puzzle food bowl, and stand Shortly after I got them, the water bowl started peeling and the remnants were left floating in my dogs water bowl I did not think this was healthy nor safe so we stopped using the water bowl. I purchased another brands water bowl, but it will not fit on the Trot bowl stand, so I am not able to use anything I purchased from Trot. I reached out to customer service to let them know about the peeling water bowl I was asked if I wanted a refund I answered yes, and I never received a refund. I’ve reached out several times since then and gotten no response. I paid extra money for these bowls thinking I would have them for years so it would be worth it, but instead, they only lasted for a few months. Very disappointing!!
