I want to give an honest and fair review because overall, I’m very happy with the product itself. I love the color, stand, setup, length, and height, and once it arrived, I was genuinely pleased with my purchase. The biggest issue for me was the shipping experience and lack of communication. My order took longer than I anticipated due to overseas shipping delays coming to the United States. I completely understand that shipping delays can happen and that some circumstances are outside of the company’s control. My frustration was more with not receiving clear and consistent updates about what was happening. Once the company communicated with me, they did apologize and worked to get my package sent as soon as they were able to, which I truly appreciate. I just wish there had been more transparency from the beginning. Simply being told that my order was experiencing an overseas shipping delay and providing occasional updates would have made the experience much better. Overall, I really do like the product and I’m appreciative that everything worked out in the end. I would just encourage TrotPets to improve their customer communication, especially when orders are delayed. With better communication, my experience easily could have been five stars.

I love the bowl we bought for our fast food inhaling dog Blitz. The inside of the bowl has held up beautifully but the outside not so much. I bought a red bowl and most of the red is gone. It’s scaling off like a fish. I do not like that part but overall, it’s a great product

I really liked the tall stand and the fitted mat, and the fact that the water bowls would stay in place well due to the fitting in the mat and bowls. I purchased everything in a size Large. Unfortunately the water bowls, are not enough to get our two malamutes through our 8-hour workday. I was actually refilling them every 4-5 hours over the weekend. We went back to our larger metal bowls, but of course they sit a bit precariously now on top of a mat that has two lumps to fit the Trot bowls. So, I love the wooden stand, I love the fitted mat, love the concept, but large dogs need large bowls and these are not large enough for a water bowl or a supper dish, unfortunately.

Love the colors, love the bowls but the tray that holds them is not very sturdy for big dogs.

Overall bowls are appealing and seems to slow down feeding time. There are magnets underneath but my senior eight pound dog still manages to move the bowls. The mat has a groove around the interior perimeter which makes it harder to clean and is annoying when just trying to do a quick wipe. In spite I’d still purchase again. These replaced weather tech feeder which did not offer puzzle bowls.

Trotpets definitely took care of handling a broken base with no questions asked. It did take several days (@5) before I heard back.

I love this product and wanted one for my collie mix forever. It is wonderful. Four stars because it is unreasonably expensive. I would love to by another but could barely justify the one even on sale.

Excellent customer service and quality product. I ordered the tallest feeder in white. When it came, the white mat was warped. I reached out to the company and another one was shipped out that day. Customer service was quick and efficient! I couldn’t get it over how quick shipping wise. I got it two days after buying it.
