Order two sets and received them fairly quickly. I opened the box and realized the bowls were going to be to small and packed it right back up. I reached out to them about exchanging for the next size up and they sent a return label for the exchange in reasonable amount of time. Well, they received the product more than two weeks ago and are now ignoring my emails. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. This company has taken peoples money before and sadly it is happening again! Seriously disappointing.

I ordered two items - for one, they shipped the wrong item and for the other, it was too large. I requested a return/refund. They emailed me a return shipping label. Both items were returned and confirmed to be delivered to them. No refund received and they haven’t responded to multiple emails. I have now disputed the charge with my payment company. After I disputed the charge with PayPal, they responded saying they never received the items, yet the tracking number they provided for shipment shows delivered. I forwarded them the confirmation showing the package was delivered and their response was “You have already submitted a chargeback via PayPal against us. We longer have any input on this issue.” Really deplorable customer service - stating they didn’t receive a package they absolutely received. It’s a shame because the products are great but would never recommend because of their shady business practices. ** UPDATE: I just received my refund via PayPal. When I opened the dispute, they contacted the seller. They have a specified date by which they must respond. My dispute was closed today in my favor because the seller never responded. So if you returned items and didn’t get a refund from them, dispute it with your credit card company or PayPal. Although it doesn’t change my review of this company, at least I got my money back for returned items.

I love the slow feeder and water bowls and mat. The way they stay connected. No mess. I have one 10 yo Norfolk Terrier, Harrison. I have 2 feeder and 2 water bowls. Easy for breakfast and his dinner. I have found twice now that the Mats, Charcoal, have discolored and feeder bowls , the bottoms have peeled. You just replaced, I received two days ago. Thank you. Now only to see both his water bowls, the bottoms are peeling, sadly. What would cause this? As I said, love, love your product. 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a product and it was much larger than expected. Returned the product to hopefully order one size smaller. They received the product two weeks ago yet I have not gotten a refund and they are not responding to emails. Do not order from them. They are scammers.

Magnets dont hold dog bowls down very well with the slow feeders. I like all the pieces, everything is nice but the strenght og the magnet is/was a bit underwhelming. My 33# malionois pushes it off the base every single meal.
