Tresta is one of the easiest most transparent tools I've used. The amount of features is broad and the flat price for everything is amazing. When I had a chance to use their support, I found it intelligent, and useful, not outsourced "reading a script" level. Highly recommended.

This is so great to hear! Thank you, Wilfred.

Prices are not what I thought, was supposed to be a lot less. I’m probably gonna cancel.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear your billing isn't what you expected. We looked over your account statements and everything looks good, so we're guessing this has to do with taxes and fees since those can sometimes vary from month to month. Unfortunately, we have no control over those, but we do provide some more information here: https://www.tresta.com/pricing/taxes-and-fees. We've reached out to discuss, but haven't been able to connect. If you'd like us to go over your bill with you, please give us a call at 844-2-TRESTA.

The Tresta app service is fairly decent. One issue that I have is it takes a really long time to pull up my voice mails be it im using my phone's carrier service or WiFi.
Response from TrestaFeb 18, 2021
Hi B, Thanks for your feedback and apologies that it seems to be loading slowly for you. We'd like to learn a little more about what you're experiencing but haven't been able to connect. We are optimistic we can turn things around, so if you’re open for a chat, please give us a call at 844-2-TRESTA and ask to speak to the Operations Manager. Hope to talk to you soon.

Tresta doesn't block spam or have the ability to. I am not able to save phone numbers on tresta app and the quality of my voice-over voicemail was diminished once uploaded.
Response from TrestaFeb 18, 2021
Hi Amra, thank you so much for the feedback. We enjoyed speaking with you this morning, and were happy to inform you of our upcoming features that will solve some of these concerns. As discussed, we look forward to receiving the audio file for your voicemail greetings so that we can help figure out the cause of your quality issues. We feel confident we can turn that around ASAP once its received. Thank you again for the review, feature requests like these let us know what is important to our customers as we continue to improve.

Solved our working from home phone line issue at the start of the pandemic. It's affordable & easy to use. We purchased two different area codes and can switch back and forth between numbers with no issue. I have had some glitches with people unable to call me back from 504 area code number but the other 803 area code number has never had that problem. UPDATE 2.15.21 The Tresta team saw my review and called the same day to assist with the issue I was having with the 504 number. The issue has been resolved and they credited my account for one month due to the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and tech support.
