Hi Sarai. Thanks for your feedback – we love learning about what is and isn’t working for our customers so our product team can consider it for future development. We’d also like to make sure that you are currently configured to receive Tresta push notifications whenever you receive a call to your mobile device, as this will eliminate the need for you to remember your Tresta number. If you aren’t receiving notifications, give us a call at 844-2-TRESTA and we can make sure you’ve enabled the right settings on your app and phone. Our support team is super friendly and can walk you through it in just a few minutes!

Jeremy - we’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying the app overall, and luckily we have an easy solution to your one complaint! Tresta’s Dynamic Caller ID feature displays both the caller’s number and the number they dialed, so you always know who’s calling and how to answer. If they haven’t already, a member of our Customer Service team should be reaching out to help you enable it on your system.
