Hi Gail, we're sorry you've had some struggles with your services. We tried reaching out to you by phone but have been unable to connect. We went ahead and reviewed your configurations and it looks like you had a voicemail box on your account set to be shared with "All Users", which is what caused you to receive other people's voicemails. We've changed that setting so you shouldn't receive them anymore. We'd still love to connect by phone so we can learn more about your phone/app settings and see if we can help there too. We enjoyed speaking with you, and were happy to inform you of our upcoming roadmap that will include lots of new features including the ability to call and text within the browser web app. Thank you again for the review, requests like these let us know what is important to our customers as we continue to improve.

Hi Mark, we’re sorry Tresta wasn’t a fit and hate to see you go. We promise we weren't trying to make cancellations impossible (or worse, seem like a scam!) by requesting a phone call to turn off your services. We currently require a phone call so that we can validate the request is being properly done by the account owner with admin authority, and so that we can learn what we could have done better to keep you as a customer. The process is pretty straightforward and only takes a few minutes, but we recognize that not everyone wants to chat when they cancel services. With that in mind, our dev team is currently working to add a self-service cancellation option within the web app so that a phone call won't be needed in the future. This should be released shortly and our hope is that it makes the process even easier for everyone.
