It’s the second time I’ve taken my bicycles to be repaired at this shop without success. The issue wasn’t fixed! Is it because I’m using the warranty service for the third time? Well, it’s the third time I’m having exactly the same issue with my Trek bicycle! Could it be because Trek bicycles are crap?! Or Warranty services are really not paid much attention?? Either way it’s a disrespect to Trek customer!!! I don’t recommend Trek brand!!! Very costing to be having such a headache with customer service and badly built parts!!!

I bought a trek emonda sl 6 and only after riding it a few times, I found that there was a crack under the top tube. I sent the bike back to the purchase retailer and they sent the bike back to trek uk for warranty check and said that they will replace frame out of goodwill. I think this is alot of crap as it clearly shows that there was no crash on the new bike and I only rode it few times. Now trek is also delaying the frame replacement for the 3rd time now and I have not had a bike for over 4 months. Goodwill my A**

achat il y a deux ans d un Emonda SLR 8500 € boite de pedalier usé après 5000 KM ; je je change il recasse 6 mois après et ce coup ci .... cadre détérioré : refus de Trek de prendre en garantie et pas d offre commerciale possible en accompagnement : "entretien defectueux" !! !! mon velociste (très sympa et très emmerdé )découvre cependant qu il existe depuis peu une modif qui pallie ce problème . ce qui laisse entendre .... que c est connu !!! pas très cool tout ca . deux etoiles tout de même car c est un chouette vélo

Bought a tricks to money in October 2020. Wrote it for 4 months put about 4:00 miles on it. The cassette and rear will and bad. Trek said that they would not cover a warranty because it's a wear and tear item. Do not spend over $30:00 on a disbicycle because they are junk. Save your money by a Walmart bicycle

HORRIBLE company to deal with. I bought a 2019 Stache 5, and it was problem after problem from almost the day I bought it for almost 2 years (I sold it this weekend). They will box you in by not allowing refunds or exchanges. Their "warranty" parts fail and take FOREVER to come in. You can only deal with them through your LBS. Employees are either rude, or aloof and dismissive. They can get by with this because they're a huge corporation and you have no choice but to let them. I would NEVER, EVER, EVEREVEREVER buy another Trek or Bontrager product again. My LBS has actually lost me as a customer due to Trek's handling (not handling) of me.

So far, so good. I’m 2 weeks into ownership of my Trek Roscoe 8 and it has already successfully carried me up & down the Purbeck Way, twice around Swinley Forest’s Blue & Red trails and alongside the River Thames. A noticeable improvement on my 10 yo old Giant bike. Bring it on!

Leider muss ich feststellen das nach einem Jahr Fahren mit einem MTB alles klappert und quitscht. Zu allem Überfluss löst sich jetzt auch immer die Schraube am Trettlager. Einen Imbus in dieser Größe hat mann ja auch nicht immer mit. Ein MTB ist für Gelände gemacht evtl passiert das alles nicht wenn man nur Straße oder Radwege fährt. Ich werde wahrscheinlich das Rad tauschen gegen ein Canon, Cube oder ähnlichem.

Fuhr mit meinen 1120 den Great Divide von Banff nach Guatemala ca12000km und 130000hm. Hatte nach ca 700km(Montana) ein Problem mit meinem Rahmen,suchte in Kalispel den ersten Trek Shop auf. Mir wurde sofort Unterstützung zugesagt.Es dauerte 4 Tage ,und ich bekam einen neuen Rahmen auf Garantie und ohne Diskussion!!! In der Zwischenzeit arbeitete ich in der Werkstatt des Shops und hatte eine super Zeit mit den Jungs!! Das war das einzige außer diverser Verschleiß (Antrieb Bremsbeläge) was am Bike Arbeit machte. Ich liebe mein Bike!!! Mit voller Beladung wog es 45kg,fuhr mein Baby sicher niie schonend und mit aller Power durch die Rockys!! Das ich mich für ,,Trek,, Entscheid bereute ich keinen Moment in dieser Reise!!(sicher nicht die letzte) Vielen Dank für das Bike sowie euren Support.
