I own three bikes from Trek currently and they have all been great! I noticed a lot of these reviews are not going into details as to why their part broke on their bike - pretty bias especially if they ultimately caused something to break (I've been there multiple times as I ride my bikes hard). My 2019 Emonda SL 5 has over 5000 miles on it and it has been so great! I've replaced the chain and bottom bracket, but that's it. My 2021 Slash 9.8 is my favorite bike, I can absolutely ride the pants of the thing! I broke two spokes on it, but if you watch my video on Pinkbike, you'll see why (I cased the heck out of a woden whale tale at my local bike park with the rear wheel -had it fixed in no time). My local Trek store has been super helpful dealing with servicing my bikes. I also have to share some kudos with Trek customer service when they helped me track down my Slash and also when they helped me with some techincal troubles while out on the trail. Looking forward to my next bike from Trek! *EDIT* A lot of bad reviews here from people who know very little about anything or are so quick to judge. GET A GRIP PEOPLE.

Chain snapped after 9 months of ownership. Was only using bike to ride on flat streets to work. Retailer and Trek not interested. Wish I’d read reviews on here first before purchasing as it seems Trek are in the gutter as far as products and customer service are concerned these days. Avoid like the plague!

I got a trek mountain track steel framed bike three years ago and put a 49cc 4 stoke motor on it. I did modify the brakes and put a oil shock front fork on it and it's held up awesome, no cracks or weak spots. All my friends have had to reinforce their bikes in less time than I've had mine. I could not ask for better.. ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY TREK !!!!!!!!!

Good service upon purchase, the bike itself is very good. Would use again

Ho prenotato una Marlin 7 il 25 novembre 2020. La consegna che doveva avvenire a Settembre 2021 è stata posticipata a Novembre 2021, poi a Febbraio 2022, poi Marzo 2022 ed infine al 18 Aprile 2022. Ho scritto al mondo intero, all'amministratore di Trek Bikes a Waterloo: jburke j.burke(at)trekbikes.com al loro customer care negli USA: Sam Burdick Sam_Burdick(at)trekbikes.com Tucker Gilliland Tucker_Gilliland(at)trekbikes.com Ti rispondono che non possono fare nulla, che ci sono dozzine di persone nello stesso stato (e ve ne vantate pure?) e che bisogna attendere (ancora?). Quanto attendere non è lecito sapere, considerato che ieri (23/02/2022) c'è stato l'ennesimo rinvio della consegna: dal 18 Aprile al 5 Maggio (per inciso, il 5 Maggio è morto Napoleone che perse in modo catastrofico la battaglia di Waterloo in Belgio. Waterloo però è "casualmente" anche sede della Trek negli USA. Segni del destino?). Nel frattempo il colore ordinato nel 2020 non c'è più ed ho dovuto ripiegare su un altro. Considerato che altri brand egualmente noti ti fanno ordinare ora con consegna Marzo, la trovo veramente un'indecenza assurda. Ho ordinato un telaio M/L mi dicono che sono disponibili le M o XL (ma che risposta è...). Una presa per il (..^..) assurda e (purtroppo) duratura!

E caliber 9.6 2020 acheter neuf (6900e quand mm) produisant des grincement important au niveau du pédalier après 100 klm d'utilisation le rendant pratiquement inutilisable.. renvoyé chez trek et restituer absolument pas réparer.. Une société malhonnete comme il en existé rarement. a fuir

Min søn på 10 har en 1,5 år gammel Trek Malin 6 hvor forgaflen ruster har reklameret over dette allerede efter var 2 måneder fra løbet og fik blot at vide sådan noget ikke er dækket af garantien. Min yngste søn på 8 har en Scott der er 3 år gammel her er dæmperen din som ny cyklerne kører samme tur hver dag og står damme sted. Køber aldrig Trek igen - det eneste support jeg har fået her er en henvendelse til forhandleren som så afviser reklamationen endnu engang.
